Below are the most frequently asked questions and Vision Glasses answers. Please, read them first. If you do not find your question there,
please go to the "Contact Us" page to post your inquiry.
- What is Pupillary Distance (PD) and do I have to have it in my prescription?
- Why don't you offer a printed catalog?
- I can not find on your site the glasses I am looking for. Do you carry them?
- What is your return and exchange policy?
- Do I have to order policarbonate lenses with rimless glasses?

- Do you accept PayPal payments?
Pupillary Distance is the distance in millimeters between your pupils. In few cases it can be important, but in most cases the average
distance can be used without hurting your vision. If your prescription does not have this number, just skip it while placing your order with
Vision Glasses.
Our product lines are updated frequently. We offer only the most recent models at discount prices and keep no stock.
Publishing of a catolog takes time and adds extra cost and therefore just is not worth the effort. Please, refer to our website as our
online catalog. Feel free to call us if you have further questions about the glasses.
If you can not find the glasses you look for, that does not mean we do not have them. If they are in production for less than
one year and we offer other models of that brand, chances are we do have these glasses. They might have been taken off the site because
this model is about to discontinue, or conversely they are so recent that we have not had a chance to post the image on the website. In
such case we strongly recommend contacting us at CustomerService@VisionGlasses.com
and inquiring about these glasses. We will respond within 24 hour period (except Sundays) and if we do have them, we will provide the
fax number where you can fax your order information. Use the order confirmation form
to fill out the order.
Since we deal directly with the manufacturers and do not keep the inventory, we get penalized if we return the glasses back.
Therefore our return policy assumes 15% restocking fees withheld from the customer credit card when processing a refund on
returned glasses. However, we allow free exchange (except shipping charge) up to 2 times on any glasses returned in unused condition. Please,
refer to our "Policy" page for further information.
Technically you do not have to order polycarbonate lenses with rimless glasses, but we strongly recommend doing so, since
policarbonate lenses are significantly stronger than compatible plastic lenses which is extremely important for rimless glasses.
Most likely there is nothing wrong with your card. Three most common reasons for rejection are (in descending order of frequency):
1. your credit card issuing bank is not compatible with the US Address Verification System; this very often happens to the cards issued by
a non-US issuing bank. In such case, please use the order confirmation form and
we will notify you of the status of your order soon after we receive the form.
Absolutely. Please, contact us with your PayPal account name and we will e-mail you the bill.
